1. Who this policy covers
- People who sign up for and use reachkee.com, vip.reachkee.com and ReachKee MCP ("you");
- Professionals who appear in ReachKee search results ("professionals").
ReachKee is run by the operator of ReachKee ("we"). Privacy contact: privacy@reachkee.com.
2. What we collect from you and why

We do not sell the personal information of our users. We ask before sending you product or promotional email, and every email has an unsubscribe option.
3. Professionals' information
- What: name, title, company, industry, location, work email, phone, public social profile links and the approximate time of recent public activity. We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as ID numbers, home addresses, health, religion or political views, and delete it if found.
- Source: public web sources and partner data providers. We do not obtain data by hacking or by using other people's accounts.
- Use: enabling legitimate business and recruiting communication. Users must follow section 5 of our Terms.
- Your choice: request removal at any time on /data-removal, free and without an account. We keep only your email to block you from being added back.
4. AI features
When you use AI scoring or filter parsing, your customer description and candidates' public professional data are sent to a third-party AI model provider only to generate the result returned to you.
5. Service providers
Cloudflare (DNS, Turnstile human checks, email forwarding), Tencent Cloud EdgeOne (acceleration and security), Brevo (transactional email), website analytics (if enabled), payment providers, WeCom (customer support) and a third-party AI model provider. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the public.
6. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and prevent abuse. If we enable analytics cookies, visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent first. You can clear or block cookies in your browser.
7. Retention
- Account data: until you close your account, then deleted or anonymized within 30 days;
- Orders and transactions: at least three years after completion, as required by Chinese e-commerce law;
- Security logs: for a limited period, then deleted;
- Removal-request emails: kept only for blocking.
8. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
We process your data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service) and, for analytics cookies, with your consent. We process professionals' business contact data based on legitimate interests in enabling B2B communication.
9. Your rights
You can access, copy, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent and close your account. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you can also restrict or object to processing and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents can request to know, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information at /data-removal. Email privacy@reachkee.com; we reply within 15 business days after verifying your identity.
10. Security
Hashed passwords, HTTPS everywhere, role-based admin access and API rate limits. We will notify you and the authorities of a data breach as required by law.
11. Children
ReachKee is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
12. Changes
We will post a notice or email you about important changes and update the date at the top of this page. The Chinese version of this policy prevails.
