ReachKeeTerms of Service
1. Acceptance
By signing up for or using ReachKee you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ReachKee for a company, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.
2. The service
ReachKee Search, ReachKee AI and ReachKee MCP. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts and plans
- One account per email. New accounts get 10 free credits (13 with an invite code), valid for 1 hour from first use, with one email reveal and no bulk lookups. One free allowance per person.
- Each plan can be bound to 2 devices online at the same time, and devices can be switched. Plans may not be rented, resold or shared beyond 2 devices.
- Keep your account and plan number safe and tell us right away if they are misused.
4. Pricing and credits
- Prices are shown on the pricing page or quoted by us. Credit packs never expire. Time plans deduct no credits during their term, up to 30 actions an hour and 100 a day.
- Contact lookups are charged only when found; the same search or person within 24 hours is free. See "How credits are used" on the pricing page.
- Price changes do not affect plans you have already bought.
5. Acceptable use
Use ReachKee only for legitimate business and recruiting outreach and follow the laws where you and your contacts are (for example PIPL, GDPR and CAN-SPAM). You may not:
- resell, rent or publish data from ReachKee, or use it to build a database for sale;
- harass, defraud or spam anyone, or keep contacting someone who has said no;
- use the data to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, employment, insurance or housing;
- scrape ReachKee or bypass rate limits or device limits;
- impersonate others or break the law.
We may suspend or end the service without notice for violations, with no refund.
6. Data accuracy
Results come from public web sources and partner data providers. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee every record is correct, current or reachable. Emails show a verification status.
7. Intellectual property
The ReachKee software, interface, content and brand belong to us. Content you enter belongs to you.
8. Outages
We announce planned maintenance. If the service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of us, time plans are extended by the days lost.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using ReachKee and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service if you break these Terms.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
11. Third-party platforms
ReachKee is independent and not affiliated with LinkedIn or any other platform. Follow each platform's own rules when you use it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be negotiated in good faith, then brought before the competent court where the operator is located. The Chinese version prevails.
